2. Data We Collect

Omega Strikers Game Statistics

We collect and display player statistics obtained from the Omega Strikers API (Prometheus API). This includes any data provided by the game's upstream API to serve accurate player statistics. We do not modify, tamper with, or alter this statistical data in any way.

ClarionCorp Account Information

When you create a ClarionCorp account, we collect and store the following non-personally identifiable information from your Discord account:

  • Discord ID
  • Discord Username
  • Discord Display Name
  • Discord Avatar URL
  • Discord Linked Social URLs
  • Linked Omega Strikers Accounts
  • User-generated content such as Custom Game Presets
  • Support Ticket information and communications

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide accurate Omega Strikers statistics and game data
  • Maintain your ClarionCorp account and preferences
  • Link your Omega Strikers accounts to your ClarionCorp profile
  • Store and display your custom game presets and user-generated content
  • Provide customer support and respond to support tickets
  • Improve and maintain our services

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. The only data we display publicly is information that is already publicly available through the Omega Strikers game and API, along with any content you choose to make public on your connected accounts.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your ClarionCorp account remains active. Player statistics obtained from the Omega Strikers API are retained to provide historical data and trends. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please see the section below on Your Rights.

6. Your Rights

In compliance with data protection regulations, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of all account data we have about you
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate account data
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your account data
  • Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

All data access, export, and deletion requests can be submitted through our automated system. We try to respond to requests within 30 days.

Important Note Regarding Game Statistics

ClarionCorp account data (Discord information, linked accounts, custom presets, etc.) can be deleted in the account settings page. However, Omega Strikers game statistics are obtained directly from Odyssey Interactive's Prometheus API and will be automatically refetched if they remain available in the game's API.

If you wish to have your Omega Strikers player data removed entirely, you must first submit a data deletion request directly to Odyssey Interactive for removal from their systems. Once your data has been removed from the Omega Strikers API, you may then contact us to remove any cached statistics from our platform. Please note that we maintain data neutrality and will not selectively remove statistics that are still publicly available through the game's API.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and improve your experience on our website. These are necessary for the functionality of the service, such as keeping you logged in.

8. Advertising and Monetization

ClarionCorp does not currently serve advertisements from third-party services and does not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. In the future, we may display sponsored banner advertisements to support the service. Should we choose to do so, no user data will be exchanged with advertisers, and your privacy will remain protected.

9. Third-Party Services

We use Discord OAuth for authentication. When you log in with Discord, you are subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. We rely on the Omega Strikers Prometheus API for game statistics, which is operated by Odyssey Interactive.

10. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
