Terms of Service

1. Introduction

ClarionCorp is a statistics website that provides an interface for viewing Omega Strikers game data. By using our service, you agree to follow these terms. These are basic guidelines to keep the service running smoothly for everyone.

2. Acceptable Use

When using ClarionCorp, you are not allowed to:

  • Spam requests for anything, including logins, searches, or any other service features
  • Use the service to harass other players
  • Intentionally attempt to bypass, disable, or get around any safeguards or security measures

3. Account Linking & Verification

ClarionCorp accounts are separate from Omega Strikers accounts. When linking an Omega Strikers account to your ClarionCorp account, you may only link accounts that belong to you. Linking accounts that are not yours is prohibited and will usually result in account termination.

4. Data Integrity & Editorial Independence

ClarionCorp is committed to maintaining a neutral and unbiased platform. We will not tamper with, modify, or delete any statistical data for any profile for any reason, except in cases where:

  • A bug or technical error has caused incorrect data to be displayed
  • Data correction is necessary to fix system-level issues

We do not engage in selective data removal or manipulation based on user requests, public pressure, or any other non-technical reasons. All players' statistics are treated equally and displayed as provided by the Prometheus API.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your ClarionCorp account if you violate these terms, particularly if you link Omega Strikers accounts that do not belong to you. We also reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who attempt to tamper with our API, disrupt service functionality, or engage in any activities that could cause harm to the website or its users.

6. Service Availability

ClarionCorp is provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime or availability. We rely on Odyssey's Prometheus API, and our service may be affected by changes or issues with that API. We are not responsible for data inaccuracies that originate from the game's API. Any known downtime or service disruptions will be communicated via our status widget or on our status page.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
